Freedom Fighters

Freedom Fighters are those brave and courageous people who dedicate their life for the  Independence of their country. Every country has its fair share of freedom fighters. People look up to them in terms of patriotism and love for one’s country. They are considered the epitome of patriotic people.

Freedom fighters of India made many sacrifices so that we can live happily and peacefully. They were such heroes who had the courage to face the British people and fight against them for the independence of India. People remember them for their patriotism and love for India. We and our future generations can never forget their sacrifices and struggle. 

We celebrate Independence Day because of our freedom fighters. Many freedom fighters used to fight against the British to escape the Indians from their brutality. Even they had no training to fight, yet they used to fight to protect people and for Independence of their country from injustice and exploitation of Britishers. 

Many freedom fighters inspired other people to fight for their independence. They led many  independent movement and told people about their rights and power. Freedom fighters made sacrifices which one cannot even imagine of doing. 

The amount of pain, hardships, and opposite they have endured cannot be put into words. The generations after them will always be indebted to them for their selfless and hard work. 

These freedom fighters fought with all the struggles for the independence of the country, faced the inhuman and harsh torture of the British, even many brave sons sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country and due to these revolutionaries and great freedom fighters we are all tasting Indian independence. 

The list of Freedom Fighters is endless. Some of them are known while others quietly sacrificed their life for the protection of their motherland. At present, whatever convenience and freedom we got in our life is just because of these freedom fighters.

Mahatma Gandhi

Subhash Chandra Bose

Shaheed Bhagat Singh

Mangal Pandey

Mangal Pandey was the first freedom fighter of India to lay the foundation of the Indian freedom struggle, who had waged a rebellion against the British on the strength of his amazing courage, valor and valor and made the British realize the power of Indians.


Chandra Shekhar Azad

Chandra Shekhar Azad was a great young revolutionary of the Indian freedom struggle, who devoted his entire life to the freedom struggle of the country. Chandrashekhar Azad was the chief advisor to Bhagat Singh, who played an important role in Gandhi's non-cooperation movement.


Lal Bahadur Shastri

Lal Bahadur Shastri took his active participation in the Quit India Movement, the non-cooperation movement run by Gandhiji. He gave the slogan "Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" during the freedom movement.

Apart from these freedom fighters many other freedom fighters also participated in the fight for the country's Independence. Today all Indians narrate with pride the heroic saga of the struggle made by these great freedom fighters, revolutionaries and true sons of the country for the freedom of the country.Their life story reminds us their struggles for the country's independence and instills a sense of patriotism. Our country will always be indebted to these brave sons.
